Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently situated at the mouth of Old Scottsdale, just a block or two from all the action, making it a great spot. The rooms needed some cleaning as they had not been vacuumed when we returned, but the 15-minute walk to a trail head was awesome. The service by the front desk was the only saving grace about this property. The dining experience included Irish soda bread and the food was promptly served, hot, and tasty. Despite some noise from early morning maintenance workers, the location is close to Old Scottsdale and very convenient.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, right in downtown Scottsdale with plenty to explore, but there were some maintenance issues that affected my overall experience. The rooms, though basic, were spacious and clean, offering everything I needed. The service was friendly but fell slightly short of what I expected for the price. The dining experience was good, with hot and tasty food, although I was surprised that coffee wasn't included. The facilities were decent, and despite the maintenance problems, I enjoyed the proximity to Old Town Scottsdale and the baseball stadium.
The hotel is located on Indian School Road, which is very busy, but it offers some neat features for storage. The proximity to downtown Scottsdale is a major plus, but the loud club music can be distracting. The morning dining experience was pleasant, despite some issues with toast. The service was helpful, though a bit slow at times.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Old Town Scottsdale with plenty of shopping and dining options. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, but the dining experience could use improvement. The service was friendly but not exceptionally attentive. The hotel offers great facilities including ping pong, corn hole, and a fire pit area. Overall, good value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though spacious, had several issues like a broken bathroom door, lack of warm water in the shower, and a dirty bathrobe. The decor was minimal, and noise insulation was poor. On the bright side, the service was outstanding with extremely friendly staff who met all our expectations. The convenient location near Old Town and a short walk to nearby attractions was a plus. However, the dining options were limited and lacked some essentials like coffee. Overall, a decent stay with both upsides and downsides.
